What is the fifth soil?

Many of you are familiar with a parable that Jesus told in Matthew Chapter 13 about the four soils. If you think about the audience that Jesus was talking to, they all had access to God’s word. They all had someone who was out sowing that seed, but what if Jesus left off one specific soil because it didn’t even apply to His audience?

There are still people out there today who don’t have access to God’s word—we might call that the fifth soil.
