Donor Stewardship Coordinator
DOOR International is a global Christian non-profit who wants to see Jesus transform every Deaf person and community through a relationship with Him. To that end, our mission is to grow and equip Deaf leaders worldwide in evangelism, discipleship, sign language Bible translation, and scripture engagement.
We are seeking a driven Donor Stewardship Coordinator to join our Advancement Team. The Donor Stewardship Coordinator helps create an excellent donor experience through timely communication, accurate reporting, and strong administrative support. This role coordinates stewardship for foundations and major donors, supports donor recognition efforts, and helps Development Officers stay organized and responsive.
This position helps ensure donor records, reports, and follow-up actions are handled with excellence. Alignment with DOOR’s Statement of Faith is required.

Instructional Coordinator
We are seeking a passionate Instructional Coordinator to join our Nehemiah School. The Instructional Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for Deaf adults, with a strong emphasis on aligning the curriculum with Biblical teachings. This position requires creativity, flexibility, and a deep understanding of educational theories, as well as the ability to support instructors and develop resources that meet the diverse learning needs of Deaf adults.

Video Editor
The Video Editor plays a pivotal role in designing and producing high-quality, accessible resources that support the CEDAR program and the global Deaf-led Bible translation movement. This role combines hands-on technical production with collaborative content development. The ideal candidate has deep experience in video editing and production, is fluent in a signed language, and understands how to craft visual stories that resonate with Deaf audiences across cultures.
